Company Size
$5-100 MM revenue and $1-10 MM EBITDA ($2-5 MM sweet spot)
Company Characteristics
Companies committed to e-commerce already, and/or who can accelerate growth through greater e-commerce expertise
Agnostic to manufacturing, services or distribution
Not subject to fad or tech risk
Industry
Consumer, industrial, food/agriculture, and business services
Transaction Type
Growth equity or buyout, majority or minority (preferred equity with governance rights)
Examples: family succession, balance sheet recapitalization, management buyout, fund an add-on acquisition, or carve-out a division from a larger company
Geography
Preference for Midwest U.S., but will selectively pursue companies in other geographies
